From I-5 (north or south): Take the City Center exit. Travel North on I-705 and take the "A" Street exit. Turn left on 11th Street. Drive 3 blocks to Broadway and take a right. The museum is located approximately 1 block down the street, on the left-hand side. Transit
The Tacoma Light Rail drops visitors off at its Theatre District stop at 9th and Commerce, only one block away from the Children's Museum.
The Pierce Transit Center at 10th and Commerce is also located one block from the Children's Museum. Parking
There is free 1 hour street parking on Broadway as well as pay parking lots nearby. There is no time limit on street parking on Sundays and holidays.
