Bank On It!

Children's spending power increases each year, yet parents and schools often struggle to provide financial guidance. In an effort to help the adults who nurture young children, the Children's Museum of Tacoma created Bank on It!, a Learning Lounge exhibit designed as a resource for adults and to introduce children to financial literacy.

Exhibit activities and games focus on viewing money through three lenses: spending, saving, and sharing. Everyday actions are highlighted as opportunities to discuss money management. Through these interactive games, an exhibit guide and take-home resources, adults and children have fun as they navigate life's maze of financial decisions -- you can bank on it!
